What does the membership include?
With your monthly subscription, you receive unlimited design requests and revisions. This means you can ask for as many designs as you need, whether it's for logos, websites, packaging, and more. Plus, you can request as many revisions as required until you're fully satisfied with the result. Think of it as having your own in-house designer, ready and willing to help bring your creative visions to life.
What does 'unlimited designs' mean?
"Unlimited designs" in our membership includes unlimited design requests and revisions of all types of designs we offer. This means you can request as many designs and revisions to these designs as needed until you're satisfied. However, please note that we handle design tickets one at a time to ensure each of your projects receives the focus and attention it deserves. After completion of one ticket, we can immediately move onto your next design request or revision. Our goal is to provide you with quality designs that meet your expectations, every time.
How does the design request process work?
The design request process is seamless and straightforward through our use of Trello, a popular project management tool. When you join our membership, we set up a dedicated Trello board for you. Here, you can create tickets for each design you need.
Once a ticket is created, your designer is instantly alerted. They will then move the ticket to the 'Active' column and start working on your design.
When the design is complete, it'll be moved to the 'Review' column for you to check. If you're happy with the design, you can approve it and we'll move it to the 'Archived' column. If you require any changes, you can move the ticket back to 'Active' with your revision requests.
This process allows you to monitor the progress of your design requests and communicate your needs effectively and efficiently.
How long does it take to complete a design?
We strive to deliver top-quality designs in a timely manner. For most design requests, we commit to a turnaround time of 3 business days. However, larger projects that demand more time and detail are divided into manageable 3-day sprints.
For these larger projects, we'll deliver portions of the work every three days. This not only ensures we maintain a high standard of work throughout the project but also allows you to review, provide feedback, and ensure that the final design will align perfectly with your vision.
What if I'm not satisfied with the design?
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not satisfied with a design, you are entitled to unlimited revisions. We will work closely with you to refine and adjust the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision.
However, in the event that you still find our services not meeting your needs, you have the freedom to cancel your membership after the current term ends.
Given the level of personalization and effort that goes into each design, along with the unlimited revisions we offer, we do not provide refunds. Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality designs tailored to your needs, and we are confident in our ability to deliver.

Who will own the rights to the designs?
We believe in empowering our clients, and as such, once the design is completed and approved by you, you will hold all the rights to that design. This means you're free to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the designs however you see fit. Whether it's for marketing, branding, or any other purpose, the designs are entirely yours.
Do you offer a trial period?
At this time, we do not offer a trial period for our services. However, we're excited to announce a limited-time special offer for our new clients: a $1000 discount off the normal price for all subscription terms.

How does the pause feature work?
We understand that business needs can fluctuate and sometimes you might not require design services for a period of time. To cater to this, we've implemented a pause feature for our subscriptions.
The pause feature allows you to temporarily suspend your subscription whenever you need to, without losing any of your work. All your tickets and Trello boards will remain intact, so you can pick up right where you left off when you decide to resume.
This provides you with the flexibility to control your subscription based on your needs, without worrying about losing access to your previous design requests or progress. Just remember that if you're currently benefiting from a promotional price, a pause will forfeit that special rate.
